Project Brief

Manulife is a global insurance leader that needed a digitized, intuitive platform to support its internal underwriting operations. the system had never been designed before - this was the first UX initiative to create a unified experience for underwriters, admins and agents.

Role and Responsibility

Collaborated closely with users and stakeholders to conduct interviews and map the complete user journey. Defined a structured information architecture and guided the end-to-end design of wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to deliver a cohesive, user-centered experience.

01 - Project Overview

Manulife is a global insurance leader that needed a digitized, intuitive platform to support its internal underwriting operations. the system had never been designed before - this was the first UX initiative to create a unified experience for underwriters, admins and agents. Manulife's underwriting teams were struggling with paper-based workflows, manual data entry, disorganized documentation and a lack of real time status tracking. Out goal was to build a system that was simple, structured and scalable while keeping users at the heart of the process.
