UI/UX Design
The School Admin SaaS Platform is a digital solution designed to streamline daily school operations by connecting administrators, teachers, and students through a unified, intuitive interface. The goal is to simplify time-consuming administrative tasks — from attendance tracking and timetable management to communication and reporting — while improving transparency and productivity across the school ecosystem.
Currently in the concept stage, the project focuses on defining a scalable design system, mapping core user journeys, and building interactive prototypes that validate the product’s usability and impact before development.
As the Design Lead, I’m driving the end-to-end design direction for a school administration SaaS platform aimed at simplifying operations for schools, teachers, and students. I’m involved across the full spectrum — from product strategy and user research to UX architecture and high-fidelity UI design.
Currently in the concept development stage, my focus is on shaping the product vision, building core UX flows, and establishing scalable design foundations. I lead and mentor a team of three designers, assigning tasks, reviewing progress, and ensuring our designs align with user needs and business goals.
My contributions span defining product strategy, conducting user research, creating UX flows, and building interactive prototypes that bring clarity and structure to the product experience.
